Le Japon n\u2019est pas en reste lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019office humour et on ne compte plus les films et s\u00e9ries prenant pour c\u0153ur d\u2019intrigue la vie de bureau et sa place dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 japonaise.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Il faut dire que la culture du travail nippone a de quoi inspirer avec toutes ses sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s, \u00e0 commencer parle d\u00e9vouement, la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 voire la d\u00e9votion des employ\u00e9s japonais, les c\u00e9l\u00e8bres salary men. Leur quotidien tout entier et leurs centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat s\u2019organisent autour de leur entreprise et de leurs coll\u00e8gues. M\u00eame s\u2019ils sont aujourd\u2019hui plus rares, les sh\u016bshin koy\u014d symbolisent cette culture professionnelle singuli\u00e8re : ce sont les emplois que les salari\u00e9s d\u00e9crochent d\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de leur dipl\u00f4me et qu\u2019ils gardent ensuite \u00e0 vie. La figure du salary man doit sa c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9 \u00e0 un aspect sp\u00e9cifique de ce quotidien : des conditions de travail peu stimulantes, \u00e9puisantes et surtout r\u00e9p\u00e9titives.
