Un matin, deux policiers se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 sa boutique et le questionnent sur son fils, sans lui dire ce qui lui est arriv\u00e9. Il est imm\u00e9diatement accompagn\u00e9 hors de Lyon sur le lieu o\u00f9 sa camionnette a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e, vide. L\u00e0, le commissaire Guiboud (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jean_Rochefort\">Jean Rochefort<\/a>) lui apprend que son fils a tu\u00e9 un homme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Bernard poursuit sa cavale, avec sa petite amie Liliane. Celui qu&rsquo;il a tu\u00e9, c&rsquo;est Razon, un vigile de l&rsquo;entreprise o\u00f9 elle travaillait. Tr\u00e8s mal vu des salari\u00e9s, il l&rsquo;a fait licencier pour un vol de transistor dont il est seul \u00ab t\u00e9moin \u00bb, et il semble qu&rsquo;il ait au moins harcel\u00e9 sexuellement et peut-\u00eatre viol\u00e9 Liliane, ce qui serait la v\u00e9ritable cause de cette accusation. Bernard et Liliane sont finalement arr\u00eat\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%8Ele-de-Br%C3%A9hat\">\u00eele de Br\u00e9hat<\/a>, Bernard, qui n&rsquo;explique toujours pas plus clairement son acte, refuse d&rsquo;abord de voir son p\u00e8re. Tant son avocat que le commissaire Guiboud, qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le un flic humain, conseillent \u00e0 Michel de convaincre Bernard de mettre l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;aspect sexuel de l&rsquo;affaire, jugeant que plaider le crime passionnel permettrait d&rsquo;obtenir des circonstances att\u00e9nuantes. Il les \u00e9conduit en leur disant que c&rsquo;est \u00e0 son fils de d\u00e9cider de sa d\u00e9fense&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tournage a enti\u00e8rement lieu \u00e0 Lyon et dans sa r\u00e9gion dans le d\u00e9partement du Rh\u00f4ne durant 36 jours.
